Great video Susan! Thank you! Is there ever a time that offering free shipping is a good way to go or is flat rate best? My biggest seller is jewelry which is really light weight. So if they buy earrings and my flat rate is $5 then they are paying over the amount it cost to ship. Any thoughts?
