If you’ve been following the Roadmap to $50K on Shopify, you already know I’m still in the product development stage.
And while it might seem like it’s taking forever to get to the fun part, where I actually have a product, the reality is that what I do now, before I actually pick a product – this stuff is the very stuff that will really affect the outcome.
Will it fly? Or, will it crash and burn?
And here’s the thing. I’m really not up for a public crash and burn. So, you can bet that I’m going to do everything in my power to make sure that I give myself the very best chance of flying high with this new business.
I have one more Red rule. Red means it’s not a deal breaker, but I have to stop and consider it before moving forward.
This one’s all about long term profit. It includes my strategy for pricing and setting myself up so that I can easily add in recurring revenue or even passive income down the road.
And… if you’ve ever thought about selling your company down the road, you don’t want to miss this one.
