We’re wrapping up the busiest time of the year.

As I’m recording this our members are posting breakdowns of their Black Friday events – and sharing their results.

And I was reminded of 2 things:

It’s always a numbers game.

Your results are always a product of all the work you do – year round – not just in the fourth quarter.

You have more control over your results than you think. I promise you. But be gentle with yourself, because it takes time to learn how to grow your sales online.

So here’s what I want you to do:

  • I want you to flip your thinking about the value of quick wins vs playing the long game.
  • Let’s go back to basics.
