In her first year of business, Mia grew her email list to 10,000 subscribers primarily through regular giveaways. Each month, she would offer a different product to attract new subscribers and see which products generated the most interest. Over time, she identified that specific items, like her popular riding helmets, were especially effective in driving sign-ups.
