Last year I sold Wee Squeak, which was wonderful and sad all at once.
I loved pretty much everything about the business and we had an amazing, smart team that kept sales and profits rolling in every month.
And I loved being able to share the details with you, so you could see what worked, and give it a try. I also showed you what didn’t work so well. It’s nice to have a real-life example to follow, and I need to sleep at night, so I have to keep it real.
So when I sold Wee Squeak, my first thought was that I had to build another store.
And I was a bit nervous about that, so I said it OUT LOUD.
And so now, I have to really do it. And I want you to know that I’m more than a little nervous.
Even though I’ve built two high volume businesses and sold both, I’m sweating over here.
I’m telling you this because I want you to know it’s normal to be scared and to worry about failing, losing money, and completely embarrassing yourself.
Now that we’re all on the same page, I’m going to tell you how I’m going to share with you.
When I start a project, I try and break it into steps and create a path that I can follow.
Just a series of natural next steps. A Success Path that we can all follow.
Each week, I’ll tell you what I’m working on and why. It will be a mini training that fits into my Success Path, and you’ll see how we work through the path.
I’ll record a video and email you with a link so you can watch.
Here’s this week’s lesson:
