You might think that I have a great system that I’ve been using to get all the things done. After all, I’ve been running 2 businesses for years, and I’ve been successful.

But I have a secret. Ask me, and I’ll tell you I’m disorganized, a poor planner, and waste a lot of time.

As my business grows, it’s been increasingly difficult to get big things done without creating chaos in my daily routine or starting a project that never gets finished.
